- Rooms in the hotel are rented daily.
- Hotel reservation day lasts from 2pm to 12.00am the next day.
- Due to the fact that the reservation day finishes at 12 am, we request an earlier information concerning a prolonged stay, not later than until 10am.
We will try to comply with your request as much as possible.
- The hotel provides services in accordance with its category and standard. In case of any issues regarding the quality of service please contact the front desk to enable our immediate reaction.
- Please make sure that your room door is properly closed every time you leave.
- Responsibility of the hotel for the loss or damage done to money, securities, objects of scientific or artistic value is limited.
These objects can be deposited in the hotel safe.
- Guests should inform the front desk about the damage immediately after seeing it.
- The hotel is not responsible for damage or loss of a car or any other vehicle owned by guests.
- Hotel guest is under material liability for any kind of damage to hotel equipment and technical devices caused by him or his/her visitors.
- The hotel may refuse accepting a guest who is under the influence of alcohol, drugs or a person who has grossly violated hotel regulations during the previous stay at the hotel.
- Visitors are asked to leave the rooms untill 10pm.
